Exhibitors are construction industry professionals who forfeit time away from their offices and job sites to share their knowledge in the recruitment of the next generation of construction workers. The skilled labor shortage is a critical factor in the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, both critical factors in today’s housing affordability crisis.

Sponsors are the backbone of Build My Future and without the generous financial support of Build My Future sponsors, this event would not be possible. We sincerely appreciate our partner, Tulsa Technology Center, and each and every sponsor. The increase in TTC’s construction courses’ student enrollment is evidence that your support impacts lives and the future of the construction industry.

Volunteers and Mentors are necessary for every event to operate successfully and Build My Future is no exception.
Volunteers are needed on Tuesday, October 31 for pre-event preparation and set-up. On November 1, Build My Future volunteers are greeting students upon arrival, ushering them in and out of orientation sessions, distributing swag bags and tee shirts, serving lunch, and assisting with exhibit tear downs.
Mentors provide exhibit and career pathway introductions in the hangar and on the tarmac to students and teachers.
